Paintings & Prints

My wanderings through the city — its forgotten corners and fractured skylines — constantly feed my imagination. These urban rambles become a visual dialogue, informing my paintings and prints with the overlooked poetry of architecture and metropolitan iconography.

This fascination has evolved naturally into large-scale, boldly composed works: maximalist yet deceptively minimal in gesture. Within them, the weathered elegance of concrete and the layered, multifaceted textures of the city’s skin are purposefully revealed.

Collagraph’s are my print medium of choice — as it celebrates material honesty. These intricate and delicate surfaces emerge from the most modest of beginnings: sculpted cardboard, layered paper, and hand-brushed shellac, transformed into urban landscapes of texture and tone.
